Based on NewLeads’ heritage of trade show lead management software and our
experience in databases and equipment, SOS completely automates the show floor sales process. Now you will be able to process orders,
add discounts and identify rep territories or distributors. Additionally, you can survey the customers, get email opt-in information
and qualify them for additional products or services.
Did you know that your current way of taking credit cards at events may invalidate your PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance? Your
e-commerce and phone center are PCI compliant but is your event order process compliant with these new rules? If you are still using card imprinters or writing customers credit card numbers down on order forms you are probably not in compliance with the regulations. SOS encrypts customer’s credit card numbers and only prints the last 4 digits on the receipt.
Have you ever lost an order from a show? SOS has several redundancies that will eliminate the loss of any information. Orders
are transmitted electronically from the event to your customer service center. An encrypted backup is saved by the event manager and
a secure copy resides on the machine.
