Badge Scan Screen.  Need to make sure you have phone numbers and other key information?  Choose to require any field then add missing information such as title, E-mail and direct phone line.   A qualified lead starts with accurate contact information. There are three ways to display product or literature selections:  Check boxes, Groups and Buttons, and Groups with Reveals.  Not only is it easy to use but you can associate any choice with a literature code or website url.

• Use left side groups that reveal products on the right for super large product lists that won't otherwise fit
