NewLeads Demo Instructions

This demo is a fully functioning subset of the NewLeads Survey Builder product, lacking only the ability to read external data from various badge scanners and business card readers.  The badge swiping is simulated by clicking an on-screen Icon described below.  All other functions available are complete so that you can enter leads, design surveys and literature screens, export data and  print reports to assist you in evaluating whether NewLeads will meet your trade show lead management needs.

Step 1. 

Download the NewLeads Demo to a folder on your Windows based PC or receive the NewLeads Demo CD.  Install the demo by double clicking on the downloaded file called nleval64.exe or by placing the CD in your PC's CD drive.  The default install location is C:\NewLeads, which you can change as desired.

Respond to the installation wizard's questions by choosing the proper answer and clicking Next and Finish as instructed.  In some cases you will need to restart your computer to complete the installation.
 

Note:  The installer gives you the option of placing any replaced files into the Backup Folder.  When finished using the demo you can uninstall it using the Unwise.exe program in the NewLeads folder.  This will remove all the NewLeads components and restore the replaced files unless they have been subsequently replaced by later versions.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 2. 

Start the NewLeads Demo by clicking on Start / Programs / NewLeads / NewLeads.

Step 3
A)  Click on Data Entry / Card Reader Input (Show Badge) and the NewLeads  - Please Swipe Your Badge screen will appear. B)  In the upper right hand corner push on the Click Here icon to simulate a badge swipe.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 4

Correct the data and add missing information like E-mail address.   Did you know that 20% of trade show badges are inaccurate or incomplete?

Step 5

Use the Survey to record the answers to your qualification questions.  In 30 seconds or less!   Or you can setup a kiosk environment and let the prospect walk through it themselves.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 6

Record your prospect's Literature Requests or Product Interest on a customized electronic form designed by you.  Click on as many boxes as required and the data is available in the leads database.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 7 

Take free form notes to help sales get to the important issues. You can also rate the contacts Hot, Warm or Cold by pressing the Alt Key and H, W or C respectively.  Nothing will appear on the screen but the rating will be stored in the data record.

Export your data to ACT!, Access, GoldMine, SalesLogix, Telemagic, Excel - any database, even a mainframe. No more waiting for leads.
